These Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe the rules for using the website operated by The Flower Shop Smoke and Vape 2 (“Flower Shop 2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://flowershopsmokeandvape.com/ (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Browse-only website

The Site currently provides product and category information, store information, directions, and contact options. Online ordering, checkout, payment processing, shipping, and delivery are not enabled through the Site. Product listings, prices, availability, and images are informational and may change without notice. A product shown online is not a promise that it is available at a particular store.

2. Age-restricted content

12. Governing law and venue

Any permitted court proceeding concerning the Site will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires another forum.
